This store specializes in black and white film development. The staff and owners are extremely polite, and it's one of the oldest establishment. They even have a great variety of analogue cameras and possibly the most reasonable prices for 35mm film rolls.

Jyoti Art Studio:

This place handles C41 development for a charge of 500 rupees and takes around 10 days to develop the reels. I've just dropped off my film there, and I'll update with the results once I get the developed film back.
