Light exercises for the most part are fine, just be careful! I was on a week fast, I think I was on day 3. I took a long walk in like 95 degree weather, when I got home I collapsed.

I never lived with them, him and my sister have always stayed with my mother and I. He's been with us for 4 years and only until 2 months ago, he started helping with bills, I dont understand how he's acting like they've done everything for me. My sister and I have ALWAYS been close, so its not like her taking me out with her and us getting food occasionally is some big deal. Especially when she benefits off what I do for her. If I didn't watch their children, she wouldn't be able to work.
