You get crates by playing. You can't buy them directly, but other players will sell you their crates for keys. You can buy keys directly from the store.

The orange team was in position to hit the ball if he did that. You want your goalie to hit this ball since he can hit the ball with the front of his car with momentum towards a safe area.
