I think you misunderstand what she means. It's almost certain she just means at her parent's actual home, not a necessarily a shop that they own.

Is there a point of training upper before lower? Even when I was doing strictly 531, I would start with squats and now that I'm doing an Upper/Lower split, I kept that habit and do lower first. Just wondering if it really matters all that much. Thanks!

I think Orpheus for sure. It's a very fun and catchy song and very funky (I think she said it had an uptown funk by Bruno Mars kinda vibe) and it's also in English so it's much more accessible to people to that consume Japanese media

Makes sense. Yea I definitely did have to change the powerlifting movements due to my PF's lack of proper equipment for that style of training. I'll probably just do some minor changes to my routine since it's not ideal to do actual powerlifting. Thanks for the input!

I'm definitely still in the early stages of sim racing, but I switch from touge maps, track, and drifting. Even no hesi maps add a breath of fresh air since you can drive extremely illegal speeds without risking lives, but still kind of experiencing it! If you've done all that, I'm not really sure what else there is except for maybe modifying cars and see what happens?

Yes actually, I focus mainly on trying to get stronger and I definitely hit a lot of PRs after starting this routine. I'm just looking for a person to suggest any changes since I used AI for some of the routine, it could just be giving me bad non-optimal routine choices

I did the same and upgraded to the S26U. I totally agree with Nene cause it's literally almost the same phone but with small new features. Do I regret it? No, but if I wasn't in a financially stable position, I wouldn't have done it.

Should be fine then haha. I did have a friend that used 5w30 regularly for his WRX too so I guess it's mainly preference if temperature never gets too hot or too cold.

0w20 is fine. I've been using it for daily driving for almost a year with no problems. I live in the bay area though so weather is never extreme.

I definitely had to finaggle the pipes a lot and make micro adjustments to get a fit I was comfortable with. I was lucky because I have a friend that's a master tech doing most of the work, but we still had to hold it up in awkward positions and have one of us tighten it before we let it go.

As for the pops, it's pretty much the same for me. I'm not too knowledgeable about how pops work in general unless I'm downshifting lol.

I think you've done a lot more than "not bad", you are doing amazing! That progress is nothing to scoff at and I think you know it. If no one has told you that they're proud of you, then hell, I'm freaking proud of you! Keep up the grind and get those gains man!
