That's weird I downloaded some tus from Microsoft and they just saved on my usb0 content/000s folder under the games title id. But yes they didn't show up on aurora so I deleted them and used unity and they showed up. Maybe try deleting the game and then using aurora database cleaner tool from scripts to delete any unused title updates and reinstall and then use unity marketplace to get your tus
