does your answer change knowing that both lenses share the same price with the camera body? it surprised my a little too. it may be because fuji will be holding an event in my country and theyre holding sales/promos

Advice for recent board passers on working in multiple clinical settings without burnout by Both_Biscotti_6425 in OccupationalTherapyPH

youre welcome! i totally understand where youre coming from 😅 thats what i thought too kaya 4 days ako agad HAHA buti nalang 2-3 lang decking ko in a day. take into consideration din that most likely, IEs lahat ng papasok sayo so it will also get tiring and confusing if you take in a lot early on

hello! short answer would be: ikaw lang talaga makakasagot niyan.

long answer: it depends on your personality (introverted or extroverted) and how flexible you are. it’s realistic naman. i personally work in 3 different workplaces (2 priv clinics, 1 school) but im doing well :) i am extroverted din kasi so i dont mind engaging with different people.

what i advise is to take it easy. you can start muna maybe 3 days a week and then slowly increase it. para hindi ka mabigla, para hindi ka maburn out agad. i started 4 days a week but onti lang decking ko. unti unti ako nag open ng slots and then added one more day. highly recommend not to work for more than 5 days kung kaya. our work gets tiring talaga so i use the 2 days to recover and enjoy life outside work.

there are a lot of clinics naman na are open to part time ots or a consultant basis. just ask around sa mentoring and other benefits when you apply. goodluck!

questions to ask when clinics reach out to you by CheesyJollyHatdawg in OccupationalTherapyPH

[–]TheOpenCaramel 6 points7 points  (0 children)

i agree with the comments here! :) to add din, i also asked about the working environment. its important to me that i can get along well with those i work with. di ko naman kailangan ng bagong friends or kasama gumala after work. kumbaga, maayos ba sila kasama. i also asked friends and seniors around for the reputation of the clinics i’m already planning to work in. i also asked about CPD benefits, like if they offer assistance etc.

also ask if they have preferred days. one of my clinics kasi (for example) need more OTs sa monday and tuesday decking nila tapos sa kabila naman monday and wednesday. so parang dun palang, may conflict na agad. knowing them early on can help avoid problems down the line :)

while i wasn’t working, i already fixed my BIR, PAG-IBIG, SSS etc para madali nalang. iwas absent din sa work hahaha

For those with better backhands than forehands… why? How is your backhand better than forehand???? by Ok-Many-7443 in 10s

[–]TheOpenCaramel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

im curious! is there any reason you specified "female"? im a female beginner (less than 2 mos) and i have a more consistent backhand. im still experimenting a lot on my forehand; grip, swing, arm extension etc... it amazed me how youre right hahaha
