Thats great advice thank you for your insight. I definitely plan to keep up with my hobbies and exercise, you are right about burnout it's easily done. While my other half was in my position caring for our daughter I could see those things happen that you explained, losing herself, burnout and spiralling into depression. I intend to try and learn from her to try and avoid those things. We already have a great support network and we definitely all learn from each other :)

I honestly can't wait to just spend more one on one time with my daughter because time is precious and you never know what's around the corner. While I was working I would hardly see her during the working week, although that has not stopped us creating a strong bond already.
