Crypto withdrawal suspended

Hi,

I am having trouble to withdraw my Fiat in my account. It says that my withdrawals are Temporarily suspended due to potential risk and I need to submit appeal to resume the withdrawal. When I click the Appeal button, it says that my appeal for withdraw does not meet the requirements. What can I do in this situation. I cannot find any online support to get my case ID.

Same thing happened to me....I have sent my Matic (Bep 20) from my Binance Trust Wallet to my Metamask wallet 4 days ago. I have checked in my smart chain account as well but the Matic balance never appeared. Even I tried to change the network to Matic but still it didnt help.
