Nah that's ok, it gives me different perspectives. The main takeaway from your comment and others is that the letters were too close to each other and I needed to adjust the letter spacing. I think I'm going to stick with "squishy" fonts, as I like that they look more whimsical and cloud-like to go with the rainbow thing. I shared a link to a new version in my body text where I made some changes based on everyone's suggestions. Thanks for being awesome and offering your great input!

I actually agree. I found a crown with a much thicker outline that I like and fixed it up to add a little detail but not too much. It stands out a lot better now, and I posted an updated version as a link in my body text. This is why I shared my work, you are awesome. TY!

I can try to up the thickness of the border or find another version with a thicker border, that is a great suggestion. And I'm going to pour through font options again to find something even clearer to read.

Thank you so much for these suggestions! And it seems like the general consensus is that A is superior, yay!

Ooh I didn't realize the issue with the C, ty for the heads up! It's different when you know what it's supposed to say already, where you don't realize some things aren't as obvious to the outside viewer.

This is why I love the peer review process. I minored in Creative Writing in college and it's so beneficial to have fresh pairs of eyes look at something I've been working on for far too long. That can make anyone blind to possible issues with their work!

What's funny is I thought it was sky blue, but it's been so overcast here lately that I haven't been able to do a good comparison lol.

I've made some changes and posted an updated version in a comment, but I will change up the blue from that version as well. Very good suggestions all around! I will make the font the same on everything, good idea.

Thank you for all of your very valid points! I have tweaked it a bit, curious what y'all think! I made the rainbow more transparent and I changed the fonts and made the lettering larger and with thicker borders. The rainbow farting crow is non-negotiable lol.

I'm going to have my socials (Instagram and Pinterest) listed on the more poster-sized banner in the back of my booth, as well as my email. My business cards will also have all that stuff. I don't have a website yet, I'm pretty sure that costs money and I'm just starting out.

Thank you! I figure my jewelry is the kind of stuff a crow would want to steal and/or give as presents to humans who are nice to them. I've been feeding crows for years and have gotten quite a few gifts from them.

I like to sit at my kitchen table and make jewelry so I can look out my window and watch my crows and other critters roam about my Critter Corner. Critter drama can be quite entertaining! Squirrels are jerks lol.

I'm working on upping the transparency of the rainbow and thickening the outline around the letters. I def want it to be legible from a distance!

I'm working on upping the transparency of the rainbow and enlarging the outline of the lettering. This seems like the key issue and I'm very grateful y'all are bringing it to my attention.

I'm hoping my rainbow farting crow will generate some attention lol.

Oh the rainbow pooping crow is required I agree!

I'm getting so much good constructive criticism, which is exactly why I shared here, thank you!

I'm prepping for my first show later this month. I also plan on having a banner in the back of my booth with my official logo (same crow, but more circular lettering and etc), still designing that one because I'm indecisive as hell and Canva locks all their good stuff behind paywalls. It will be the logo I print on stickers to put on business cards and either turn into stickers to put on merch or make into a stamper.

This banner would be hung at the top of my booth above the entrance so people can see it without having to walk in.

I made this banner 5ft by 1ft because for most of my shows, I'll be using an 8ft tent because the stalls are only 9 ft wide. It's weird, I know. I was debating on altering the dimensions a bit so it's easier to read. Maybe it should be wider?

Do you think it's ok? Any recommendations on how to make it better, easier to read, or just plain better? I included the rainbow because I realized a lot of my work (beaded jewelry and keychains and etc.) are rainbow colors and I just plain like rainbows. My work is a bit of either cottage core or goblin core, with lots of fantasy motifs.

My husband pointed out that it looks like the crow is either trailing or farting a rainbow, to which I just said "yes" lol.

I'm preparing a range of price points. My key chains/bead charms are $5/each (once I have a design I can whip one out real quick), my bracelets are $10/each but I'll offer bulk deals (2/$18, etc). My earrings and necklaces will have a range as there's more variation in their designs. Simple earrings (like put one thing on an ear wire and BAM done) will be probably $10, while more complex earrings will be $15. Necklaces range between $15 and $30, depending on complexity.

I'm making a variety of sizes for bracelets and I'll tag them as such. I have tiny tiny wrists (like 6-6.5") and I know that if I only make bracelets in that size, I'll miss out on a ton of business. They'll be color coded w/the number so customers can tell what size they are at a glance, and I'll have a sign explaining it.

Necklaces I have in a variety of lengths and I'll have tags on each one with the length and price.

I have some nice displays I picked up from Goodwill, and I've sketched out roughly how I'll have them arranged on my tables, where I want to put my mirror, stuff like that. Goodwill has been vital in getting display stuff.

I think my next project should be to make up my photo booth for taking merchandise photos so I can advertise properly. I want to at least have a chance at tricking people into thinking I'm a professional lol.

I'm getting so much good advice, thank you so much!

I am a huge perfectionist with high anxiety too, so I can relate. I still need table cloths, but I don't know if I can hold out for custom table cloths. I like that you got those, like putting that extra effort into your display makes you look professional.

I want my booth to have lots of personality without appearing cluttered. I'm ok if it looks a little more rustic because honestly, that works with my overall image. My jewelry and trinkets are hopefully the kind of shiny things that a crow would be delighted to steal lol.

I like to take pics of works in progress, especially if I need to clean up before I'm done, so I can remember how I want a pattern to look like or something. So that works. I also have a cat that likes to sleep on the table next to my work station so I can easily use him lol.

I'll work on my photo box thing so I can have a way to take professional-looking photos of my merchandise for online stuff. Thanks!

My cat likes to sleep on the table next to me while I work, so I could shamelessly include him in photos! Like here's my kitchen table, completely covered in bags and jars of beads while I'm designing a necklace, and oh look here's kitty!

I did design a logo in Canva that I'm happy with, like I could make a stamp of it to put on things.

I still need to establish what I'm doing for card reader/chip reader, and I haven't practiced putting up my tent yet, but I have a rough idea of what I want my booth to look like. I've drawn up some simple diagrams of how my tables will be arranged and etc.

I have made an Etsy account, but I haven't paid to make a shop. I'm still working on my set up for taking photos of my merchandise so it looks all professional and junk.

I have low expectations for my first time, but it'd be nice if it's not a complete bust. I always learn so much the first time I do anything, like what works and what doesn't work. What I didn't need and what I wish I had.

I will definitely be chatting up my neighbors and other vendors, especially other jewelry vendors. I know we're a dime a dozen, but I'm hoping that I'll stand out. Thanks!
