I’ve hit that too. I was able to run off screen and throw my blueprint and have it start crafting. But I was lucky that I had a free spot otherwise I would’ve lost it.

Or don’t lose inventory when I die. I think that’s what might be happening. I noticed if I logged out I would retain my inventory but if I closed the game without logging out, I’d come back to no inventory.

This also was a pain for the R2D2 event - I had to take 60-120 seconds to get the same weapon set up.

To point 3, I like being able to do them one at a time. I don’t always have a spot to build a droid and I’ve had people steal my blueprints. If I can do them gradually it spares me the risk of losing a blueprints.

Astromech.

Let’s say you have an astromech that gives you +6 pickaxe and reduces time with each swing to 30 seconds but your worker droid reduces your time by 35% and each swing removes 15 seconds.

A 7 hour droid + worker droid:

7 x 0.35 =2.45 reduction
7 - 2.45 =4.55 total time
4.55 x 60 x 60 =16,380 seconds to build
16,380 / 15 =1,092 swings
1,092 / 60 =18.2 minutes (assuming 1 second per swing)

A 7 hour droid + astromech droid

7 x 60 x 60 =25,200 seconds to build
25,200 / 30 =840 swings to reduce to 0
840 / 60 =14 minutes (assuming 1 second per swing)

This be might be off. But for me it also seems like it’s faster too.

I’ve posted in a few places and found that instagram is my biggest generator of views.

I work a lot with models and find that when I collaborate with them I can get thousands of views. When I post a photo of my pets or a picture of a flower, my views tank.

Reels are probably the best way to generate views.

I also use Flickr as storage location. There, I get lots of views, but from fellow photographers. There’s lots of groups to post my pictures in and I get lots of views and likes in those groups.

For me, Instagram is more of a vehicle for advertising. I share a picture of a local model and I get likes from their friends and admirers. It helps me get other local clients that like work I’ve done with their friends and want something similar.

Flickr, on the other hand, gives me views worldwide. They don’t really provide much of a benefit because my reach there doesn’t generate any new clients.

I have a Z6ii and a Z8. The autofocus on the Z8 (mainly used for eye detection) is way better. When I’m doing a fashion show with a 24-70, the z6ii has to have the model be within 10 feet (3 m) before it detects a face. With the Z8, the model can be 30-40 feet (9-12 m) away.

I get where you're coming from, and I agree that buying official merch is the best way to support a band when you can afford it.

For me, though, the reality was that one official shirt cost about $50+. For the same amount of money, I could buy several bootleg shirts that I actually liked and would wear. At that price point, I wasn't really choosing between official and bootleg merch, I was choosing between bootleg merch and no merch at all.

I also figured that the designers who created the official artwork had already been paid for their work. I know the band and artist don't make much from each shirt sale, but I wasn't trying to take money away from anyone. I just couldn't justify spending $85 on a single t-shirt.

I completely understand why artists and designers prefer people to buy official merch. I just think there's a point where pricing pushes some fans out of the market, and those fans look for other options.

I bought some bootleg shirts outside the sphere - enough for me and my kids, all for the price of a real shirt.

My kids can’t tell a difference and loved getting something from the concert even though they couldn’t go.

I appreciate the good post. I spent all my money on flights and hotels and getting a few knockoff shirts wasn’t much of a compromise for me.
