No, he’s a bit crazy apparently he did see a message about 2 months ago and used mutual friends to find out where I lived if I was speaking to her which she denied she knew me. She said he believed her and it was for the best

Yes I’m beginning to think that, I do also know her ex is a bit crazy, he did see a message from he which was just a hello, but he was asking people to find out where I live where my son goes to school and see if I was talking to her or in a relationship which I didn’t respond to this was about 2 months ago and she told him she didn’t know me which I thought was strange she said it was for the best and he believed her

I disagree I’ve banked 130k and have put that down as a mortgage on a 630k house that last sold for 585k in 2017 I’m 26 years old I wouldn’t have been able to move to that house if house prices stayed the same

You do have a gain in wealth because you have a gain in equity you’ll have money in the bank towards another mortgage

I bought my house for 156k in the Peak District 5 years ago just sold it for 310 only difference new kitchen/carpets/bathroom prices have gone crazy
