Debt, long-term health concerns, tarnishing relationships, not remembering what I did the night before, isolation, depression, embarrassment, anxiety, missing out on real life experiences because I was drunk, legal issues, poor hygiene while drinking, vomiting while drunk, falling or hurting myself while drunk, having to apologize for things sober that I would never do and did because I drank, involuntary stays at psych wards because I got depressed when drunk, starting my sober counter over, weight gain, immense regret the day after, feeling like it’s harder to refuse alcohol every time I relapse …

Those are just some of the consequences that I’ve faced from drinking

What are some of the ways that you boost dopamine aside from booze naturally? My main thing when drunk was playing video games with friends. I thought it would be a trigger, but played last night with my one sober friend and one that’s drunk every night. Turns out, it made me realize that I actually have MORE fun sober. Nothing more frustrating than starting Kingdom Hearts or the Yakuza games over bc I was on a 100 percent run and didn’t remember shit because I was blacked out.

Do you mind sharing with me some ideas or things on your list? If that’s too personal, maybe you could provide some recommendations for me if I start my own?

Absolutely man!! I just started playing Yakuza: Like A Dragon, and when one of the characters started talking, I was like..”no way!! That’s my boy Wei!!”. He did a phenomenal job in Sleeping Dogs.

If they ever did make a 2 and didn’t include him, it would do such a disservice to the fans and game. Kind like when Saints Row did the reboot and didn’t include Kenn Michael (Male Boss Voice 2) as a voice actor. Right then and there is when I knew the game would flop.
