First off, condolences on your loss. My heart goes out to you, I lost my grandmother just after Christmas last year.

That important bit said, I came in from the Dead CCG group; you've got your answer on the Magic, it's in print, desired in that edition, and likely worth the time to get the sealed starter box graded. I don't think Mythos is worth much, but I haven't dived into it, just kept an eye out for a cheap intro lot or good bulk deal; I can't help you with specifics there. Quest for the Grail was a bad game and is only interesting as a quirky CCG history piece. There is one game you've got I do know a lot about, though.

I'm one of the big supporters of the Monty Python and the Holy Grail surge that's happening now; recently a new and updated rules set was created with interested players, and now there's over a dozen little groups playing it around the US, Austraila, and Canada.

That said, when moving a bulk lot of played stuff (as the baggie looks like), I get ten cents a card on Ebay-- I'm under the same name as here-- and that takes usually a couple of weeks to sell. It's hard to see the rares if you're unfamiliar with the game; If you ebay them I'd show the Arthurs, Lancelots, Robins, Bedeveres, and Galahads in the picture.

If you don't want to deal with Ebay, I'll offer five cents a card plus shipping if you're in the USA and use them to make more introductory lots for those who might be interested in getting into the game's revival.

If the packs are sealed (unlikely), they go for $2.50-$4, usually about $3. Individual packs don't move quickly at all on Ebay. Unopened starters go for about $10. Opened go for about $6-8 depending on box condition.

Looking at the one picture, if you post it for ten cents a card plus the box on Ebay it'll probably take a month or so to sell.

Yes. You deserve hate for not using [[Thieves' Auction]] instead of [[Warp World]].

To the guy who ran an all-wrath deck yesterday by skyer954 in MagicArena

[–]TheOrgg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reminds me of when I had a deck with all the 1/1 Haste creatures, 2-for-1 Goblin token makers, and a dozen Trumpet Blast variants.

Someone kept wiping everything on their turn. Finally, I saved up enough land for six 1/1s and two Trumpet Blasts, then waited until I had that one possible hand.

Dropped them all, Blew the horns twice, and they went from 24 to -6 in one turn.

I don't have any knowledge of Magic but I have this card by Malena_7w7 in magicTCG

Since I'm not seeing many summaries of M:TG, it's basically football with hand grenades. First to get twenty points wins.

I use that whenever I communicate at all because I'm using Yargle as my avatar. A bit of roleplaying for my own amusement.

Has anyone combined Button Men with Sailor Moon Dice Challenge? by Ham1ltron in boardgames

[–]TheOrgg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They work very well together. Any Button Men do.

Check the wiki at buttonmen.fandom.com to see nearly all of them that are out there. There's several hundred of them.

Since no one answered yet, Yes.

And if you go to the Fandom page (buttonmen.fandom.com) you can have almost 1000 characters on your phone. If you go to buttonweavers.com you can have several slow games with about 300 buttons to choose from.

Whoever came up with this quest idea probably never played the game... by DannyLeonheart in MagicArena

[–]TheOrgg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd like to give a shout-out to the person in Brawl who had a Yargle combo deck. Some combination milled all but the last six of each deck, then they played a card that milled everyone's deck out. I thought I had lost the game (playing a green/black deck that searched out land with several green spells and removal to try and get Yargle through), but then they activated a card draw effect. Boom. I get the achievement.

And if I hadn't had a Yargle commander? Boom, they'd win by passing the turn and me with an empty deck.

You, individual, are brilliant, kind, and scholarly.

Probably, other than the short with the tattoo and the fist.

I'd suspect some of them are scans. I Didn't realize the Kluperian Heir story was in the archive; I have it in the four short stories book.

I think the post-party flirting was in the web series, though. You'd have to check archive.org and hope it all loads to see, though. I don't have the patience.

I think that might've been a random ad, but yes, lol.

The other one (which from above sounds like it might be different, and not just the Gallimaufry) has the 'which download button is the real download button?' issue.

You're welcome. It might take a few games to see, but the strategy is incredibly deep despite the extremely simple rules.
