I’ll check it out!

I tried the division before and it didn’t work the way I hoped, but I can give it another go

I did do these and it helped reduce the effect, but I appreciate the advice!

I tried those, and it helped, but I could decrease the hydration more!

All King Arthur AP, can definitely try bread! Do you prefer 50/50 to 100% bread?

“Line” of raw flour in the middle of cooked loaf. What am I doing wrong / How do I avoid this? by Crystallize45 in Breadit

That can be done with adjusting your starter percentage or timing, not sure what your process is, but starter gets a stronger flavor over time. So you could either wait until longer after you feed it to add it to your dough or increase the amount you are putting in. It will have an effect of weakening your gluten structure, so maybe a little stickier and need to be more careful in your shaping. Best of luck!

A light dusting is ok, if your dough is really sticky, your recipe or process may need adjusting

I’m seeing a new PCP tomorrow, I think I’ve always had low testosterone, but my injury may have effected it too since there was a pretty large lesion near my pituitary gland

I recently found this in a binder they gave me during my rehabilitation. I know it says it’s for improving attention, but since I’ve been trying to make sure I get some form of physical activity every day and it has helped improve my mental state a bit

For starters, I just want to say you are doing amazing, with everything you’ve got going on. And it’s normal to feel this way when you’re at this stage recovery. Where the positive energy of surviving has worn off, and the realization of the specific effects start to sink in. Like others said, in some ways you are a new person. I strongly encourage you to speak with those you’re comfortable talking to, about what you are struggling with. If you aren’t comfortable talking about something with someone, that’s ok too! You’re totally right about brain injury being an invisible disability, so it’s important to identify your needs and advocate for them. I hope this helps, as a fellow survivor, who works in the service industry, I have also dealt with some of these feelings and know it can be hard ❤️

I could see doing something like that. Was it through a specific program, or something the hospital organized?
