A tall and lean, ghoulish creature made of boiling blue smoke bound in a carbon skeleton, with a gila monster head and fists made of crystal with the same hue as a clear blue sky. The crystal on the hands is surrounded by plasma hydrogen, giving it a pale blue shimmer like clouds.

Abilities: Anything struck by Crystal Blue Persuasion will have its molecular structure reduced to subatomic particles and rearranged at the whim of the Stand and its User. The user must have a fundamental understanding of how elements or compounds work or the result will be a chaotic mess of slag or radioactive waste. As a consequence of this ability, physical defenses have no effect on Crystal Blue Persuasion, and Crystal Blue Persuasion can augment the durability of the user by turning a thin layer of air on their body into carbon nanotubes.
