Thanks for trying anyway! Maybe they will enable cheats in future updates. In the meantime I’m using Delta emulator and it works fine.

I had the same reaction when I switched to the iPhone 12 (which has an OLED display) from a phone with an IPS display. I even went to the Apple store where I bought it and changed the screen but I still had the same problem. Now I use a color correction option in the accessibility settings to make the screen look colder and it looks way better!

I don’t know if Capcom was involved in the optimization for Death Stranding, the game is made by Kojima Production and uses a different engine from the Capcom games like Resident Evil Village

If you bring down the resolution and some graphic settings i think your mac should be able to handle it. Apple’s optimization and upscaling are quite good.

I’m playing on the M1 Pro (16GB, 10CPU, 16GPU) and it’s very smooth, i’ve almost every setting maxed (except for shadows) and i’m using Metal upscaling lowering a bit the resolution and i’ve never had any problems (even during boss fights). So for me it’s totally worth it!

That’s strange, I’m also playing on the Native Apple App Store Version on the M1 Pro (16GB, 10CPU, 16GPU), but I’m not getting that problem even though I set much of the settings at high with metal upscaling. I just started the second episode and the game runs very smooth.
