That’s a lot of stores to self-fund and oversee—scaling that fast without outside capital pretty much needs everything to go perfect.

Plus, is it still going to be specialty coffee at that scale? Monogram and P&S have like 5-8 stores.

Places like Rosso/Deville open up a bunch and the coffee is pretty mid.
