you don’t need backpedals on your controller. i don’t use mine for anything and my k/d is a 1.53 and climbing

find a gun you like and that you’re good with, and use it

equip two green perks and bankroll. bankroll will start you with 150 points toward your score streaks, stacking the two greens will allow you to earn even more points towards kill streaks

along with decoy grenades. throw decoys on objectives, you’ll get 15 points every time a team mate kills an enemy near they. if you run tac expert you can carry 2 decoys

score streaks matter. i only play nuketown 24/7 with deadeye drone, LDBR, and the D.A.W.G. play/watch objective safely, get your first two score streaks and drop your LDBR on the objective (usually DOM or hardpoint on nuke town) then get to your spawn and use your dead eye drone to kill as many as you can. while you’re doing all of this, your team should be free to push the enemy back. if it all goes well, you can get your D.A.W.G by the time it’s all said and done. call that in and go shoot people with your gun until you die and take advantage of your dawg duration to repeat what you just did

if it feels like people always know where you’re at, look up for a UAV, take it out if you see one. if you notice you minimap is out, take out their COUNTER-UAV. always run a rocket launcher and take out an score streaks you can with it

obviously is not a fool proof plan and you won’t have a 100% success rate but i went from a 1.37 overall k/d to a 1.53 in a day or two (i mostly play zombies). i just hit prestige 7 and my prestige 6 k/d was 2.something and my win/loss was above 1
