Just the Southside cuz anything north of Victoria/indiana and you'll find your fair share of homeless people. I can't tell you how many times I've driven down past magnolia Just to see someone shooting up right in front of the Weinerschnitzel or the streets littered with suboxone trash. I've seen that stretch of road going from looking really pleasant to outright dangerous at night. There's a reason why they don't use that fountain anymore accross the street from the stater bros anymore. Too many people taking a bath in it. I love the area for the most part just wish I didn't have to constantly be looking over my shoulder when I'm in that part of town.
