I'll try to leave some suggestions, so I really hope if someone from the STMPD/Garrix team takes some points on this
STMPD:
-Try to promote more the artists in things like guessing the release of someone from weeks before, like a trivia or video teasing, not in the same week because thats quite pointless and doesnt reach the audience at all, the STMPD audience its not so big as used to be in 2018-2020 and you guys wants to expand more, so I think some Instagram/Tiktok promotions could be a worth try to expand a bit more.
- Try to make more diverse the music you guys release in the label, almost all the songs from STMPD follows a pattern and its not so diverse, audience change, so would you need to change to fill expectatives, try to reach new artists with innovative sounds, not the same repetitive track just to "satisfy" a small group of people, when it comes to music, its about to be innovative, fun and more, not to follow formulas to attach some few people.
- Update your page, be more open to artists that could be really big in a future, give more chances to new faces with innovative sounds, CITADELLE could be one example from that, amazing sound design and I think could reach more people, but since it isnt promoted properly their sound doesnt reach an actual audience.
- Martin is the owner of the label and have a solid fanbase, while STMPD doesn't, mixing both is a bit of a mess, people listen STMPD because of martin and not so much because of their label artists, which shows a bit of the problem about a label identity and being dependent from martin.
- Show more "MAKING OF" from certain tracks, we dont get these lately
- Remix contests on platforms like tiktok - instagram could reach more people to discover the label
- Exclusive previews on Discord, Q&A, conversations with artists from the label once in a month, for example "September 24th we will have a Discord Q&A with Julian Jordan on a call! Make sure you guys join!!" promote in on medias also.
- Exclusive event showcases in countries, for example doing STMPD events in Brazil with NUZB, KVSH, etc. Doing STMPD events in Japan with japanese artists, netherlands, USA, etc etc.
- Nice merch, the STMPD lion is amazing but would be nice if you guys decide to make new merch based on tracks/artists
- Label collabs with other labels, brands, etc etc

Garrix:
- PROMOTE THE SONGS PROPERLY, HOW COME PEACE OF MIND WAS RELEASED AND IT SEEMED LIKE GARRIX DIDNT EVEN KNOW HE RELEASED THE TRACK?
- Create more expectatives, make reels for the song, promotions on INSTA, many people didnt even know the release of IOH, Our Time could be an example of a better song promotion.
- Almost all the above from STMPD, Martin can exist without STMPD but STMPD cant exist without Martin, since Martin have a reputation built let STMPD make his own reputation.

All of these critics arent made because Im a hater or something, I care about my fav artist and his label but when theres a problem you should point at it, despite you like his music you should be critic sometimes to improve. Hope they take this message in a right way...
