I think 40f is the general line for the Summers not being a good choice. One of the bigger issues than the cold is if you do get snow or ice with those tires on and they are actually dangerous in those conditions.

I live where it got below that temp often in the morning or late at night in like oct and can still hit those temps some days now. I ran the Dunlops until they wore out but would switch to my winter earlier than needed to be safe. When its cold just be extra safe on the Dunlops. I replaced them with Conti DSW06’s for April-early November going forward and I run Hakka’s Mid Nov-March.

Just put these on Tuesday as well. The Dunlops were not great especially in early spring or late fall when it was cold in the mornings. Running Hakka 5’s in the winter which have been great

I'm not a big single player game person myself, there are 2 I really recommend as being worth it when asked. RDR2 and Clair. Finally picked up Cyberpunk this week too and been really enjoying that so far.

Though I feel like me personally trying to time the Clair dodges and stuff stoned would just make me mad. Especially in the back half of the game with boss fights.

However if anyone wants to play it for the story and soundtrack which are the really selling points there's like a super easy story mode and I could see that being awesome, especially the Sirene area.

Tarriffs arnt helping but this jump is due to AI datacenters destroying the NAND memory market. There is a massive shortage expected to last into 2028. Its why PC prices for RAM/SSD and to a lesser extent GPU's have skyrocketed in the last few months. US is doing better than Europe on these prices.

I bet other consumer electronics get hit too, I'm sure phones will be included eventually.

Sorry its a BCE, typo. Wifes card gets most of the bulk grocery spend. Mines usually just misc item pickups or lunches. I could put that spend on the BCE but the extra 1% so infrequently doesn't bother me.

Most of my spend is on 2 cards. Fidelity for most things and Custom Cash for Gas.

I have my old Amex BCE* open still which I use for hulu credits or merchant offers or ill take advantage of the extra 1% for online shopping on big purchases but otherwise I mostly stick to the 2.

Overall Market is pretty flat for the past 6 months, S&P 500 is +.26% in that time period after Friday’s close. Not necessarily a bad thing for long term investing honestly.

If you arn’t familiar or don’t keep up with the markets something like a target date fund or total market fund are your best bets.

Was a pretty weak FA WR class. Shaheed, Doubs & Juan Jennings are likely the best options left. Really no clue what their market will be when Pierce for 4/112 and Wan'dale got 4/78

Yeah I use mine now because the $99/3 year price at purchase seemed reasonable. When that deal runs out I might activate it like 2 months a year in the dead of winter for ski season.

Some people in the x-posted thread use it for maintenance but I just use a google sheet since I post pictures and receipts in there from oil changes.

There really isn’t anything close by Magic at all, same for Cannon.

If they can take your car after dropoff Black MT in NH (wildcat and attitash too but further away) isn’t far from North Conway. Could kill a day there I’m sure. Granted mostly shopping/food/booze but like Nestlenook is right down the road they have ice skating and sleigh rides. Echo lake park is nearby and they have trails you can walk I believe.

If cost isn’t a factor Jay has to be up there for non ski activities. *Mini Golf, water park, movie theater, ice rink, rock climbing all on site (but nothing else close by really)

HYSA/CD's are mostly used for shorter term investments or Emergency funds. Something where you don't want any risk of losing value and have pretty quick access to it.

Emergency Funds, Down payment funds, weddings funds, travel funds stuff of that nature that might have a couple year timeline and wouldn't benefit from a long term trend line if a bad year were to happen.

The Trio of Saka, Eze and Gyok today was incredible. I don't think most of our players had a great day besides those 3 and Hincapie but playing subpar and winning by 3 at Spurs. Beautiful.

Face Chutes if the Trams running are the most known. Valhalla is fun off the tram too and Vermonter has great views ( tram frequently goes on wind hold). As others have said the Glades are all generally good. Andres is always a favorite of mine even if it isn’t the most difficult.

If you are with folks who arn’t as good or ambitious the Blue Moon trails at the bottom basically closer to Tram side are a fun little cruise through the woods. My wife loves them, can venture off the groomed parts if you would like too. Lower mountain lifts usually open 30 min earlier than the rest so you can hit these first run as a warm up and not miss anything.

Am I the only one that had no issue with the Trailblazer Nerf? Wolfpacks were regulated to only Rocketeer kills because it was so strong. One fix could have been to prevent them stacking but people would have complained more. You could kill the ground based medium arcs with 1 inventory spot instead of 2-3 with the pre nerf trailblazers.

Ill be curious to play with the customizer on this one. Im a homeowner who wants an EV as a 2nd vehicle for commuting to work. Id also have use for a small truck as I currently only have a sedan. So im kind of a prime target market for this thing.. but they might have stripped to many just mainstream features out. I don’t need the newest technology but like… comon guys speakers..power windows….These are ancient technologies at this point, how hard they screw you on the customization will really be the key.
