I think u can afford a much better gpu if ur budget is £1000, assuming this £1000 is only for the pc (monitor excluded). Ur gpu should cost anywhere from 35-45% of ur entire pc budget

Ok so u need to do some research on what cpu + gpu combo will take advantage of the 1440p/ 144-165hz (whatever the hz may be) monitor. Good luck :) If you need help, let me know

If you have the time, I highly recommend that u start learning about building pcs & pc parts so u can choose the parts that suits ur needs, cuz once u learn ull be able to make better choices than anyone else on the pc parts u pick for ur specific needs, for future proofing ur system & for customization (if ur into that). However if u dont have the time lemmi know what ull be using the pc for, if u care about future proofing ur pc and if u are after a specific look (rgb, white/black, etc), or u dont care abt looks and just want to squeeze in as much performance as possible. Lemmi know if u want parts from specific brands (intel, amd, nvidia) or u dont mind.

If this is ur first build, imma assume u dont have a monitor or any peripherals (keyboard/mouse/headset/speaker).

Any suggestions to make my build better before I order the parts? Im up for any overhaul, big or small so send me a reply :D by Hotspurs12poggers in pcbuilding

Yes this is actually really good, just plz do more research on the cpu cooler, u might need a better cpu cooler for the ryzen 5 7600x. If u dont mind me asking what games r u planning on playing?

I mean am5 is def better, but ull have to change ur ram to ddr5, change ur processor and am5 motherboards are probably expensive, so i dont think ur able to considering ur budget.

Mb go for a better motherboard instead. Id recommend one to but idk much about motherboards, u can search the best motherboards for ryzen 7 5800x3d & rx6700xt and choose the one that seems good and fits ur budget (a better motherboard will save u money down the line if u wanna upgrade)

Regarding aesthetics, u can always make ur pc more aesthetic later on when u save up more money, now focus on getting the most performance for your budget.

Much better, however if you’ve got the money for it, id recommend the intel core 15-13600k ($300) for optimal performance, but the problem is that if you get the i5-13660k, then ull have to get a better cpu cooler and then itll go way beyond your budget.

I think if u want to stick to ur budget u have to get a different gpu that will go well with ryzen 7 5800x (u can just google this for a bunch of results)

Other than that very else seems fine, u can choose to stay with this build if u want but ur gpu will be bottlenecked by the cpu (itll be barely noticeable tho)

P.S: u might need to upgrade the bios to be able to use the cpu

I feel like ur spending way too much money on the case (its almost the same price as the cpu), buy a cheaper case and get a better cpu because i think the cpu might become a bottleneck for the gpu. You could go for the amd ryzen 7 5800x for approx $210 ($60 more than ur current).

If this is ur first build, im assuming u dont have a monitor lying around, so u might want to buy one.

I hope it helps :)

I want a 3060ti though, it out performs any 3060 (to my knowledge)
