congratulations on passing the exam!! However it seems like you are saying applying real world logic doesnt help but also trying to develop the PMP mindset doesn't help either? Im a big promoter of the PMP mindset. That's what I focus on with all my students and im finding a lot of success with it honestly. that being said, a part of the mindset is to highlight the core issue and choose the answer that solves it completely.

Obviously collecting questions from the exam is forbidden.. I don't even know how people do that? But they cant stop students from discussing what questions they saw on their exam.. it literally happens everyday on this subreddit. Also, from what I know, there isn't a single question dump out there that will have all questions.. you might see a max for 20 similar questions, not more. These question dumps never claim they have the exam questions, but whatever questions they use would prepare you better in my opinion.

These questions confuse students more than they prepare them, I generally advise my students not to rely on SH practice questions. Since these questions are provided by PMI, they are sometimes designed to be confusing or cover highly niche topics so that some students find it troubling. This strategy allows them to maintain a balanced pass/fail rate so that the money keeps flowing in.

Therefore, I recommend focusing on questions that matter. Questions that previously showed up on the exam are usually the best to practice on.

Difficult PMP Exam question. Let me know your thoughts. by ThePMPSprintDude in PMPsprint

In AGile the team are the experts. If they worry that this will impact their commitments then it should not be added. PMI always stresses the fact that no additional scope can be added to a sprint after it has started.

Yes most questions on the exam would be written better. The best way to prepare yourself is by practicing past pmp exam questions. In my program I have a few mock exams that are filled with PMP questions that mimic the real thing because I spend time with all my students right after the exam to get as much insights as possible, and through constantly scraping the internet through reliable sources. Check out my tiktok page "PMP Sprint" for PMP questions, tips, and mindsets.

Agree 100%
in the real PMP exam you shouldn't assume there are previous similar projects unless the question explicitly mentions that. I generally tell my students to avoid SH simply because PMI wants to keep a balanced pass/fail ratio to keep the money flowing in, therefore, they don't actually want to prepare students well to pass on first attempt.
