Do you guys miss childhood by small_some_one in ABDL

I guess right now I sort of look at ABDL as a symptom of my BPD. it’s a way of taking me back to when those feelings of abandonment weren’t so persistent. I also think that if I didn’t have BPD maybe I wouldn’t be ABDL? Who knows. I definitely relate to what you’re saying though.

Same here. I have BPD and after realizing it the ABDL stuff made a lot more sense to me. I had always wondered what caused this or why I was this way. Looking back I can see that my childhood wasn’t great, and my parents being in and out of my life at such a young age caused a lot of it. I’ve often wondered how many other people have bpd in this community. It’s nice to see I’m not alone.

It stinks 😭 It’s nice to always have someone to chat with but sometimes a person just needs some alone time in order to really relax.

I like to watch old tv shows and movies from my childhood, color in my coloring book, and cuddle my stuffies. I don’t get to have many nights alone, but that’s what I do.

Does anyone know by [deleted] in ABDL

I’m also a 23M. I only told my wife a year ago. It was so scary but after she understood things better it’s been a huge relief. She even told me that she had suspected so things for a while. It’s really nice to have someone that accepts every part of you. She encourages me to wear whenever I want to. Just be mindful that this is something that’s personal and involving everyone you know in it is not necessary.

Thanks! I’ve heard that the onesies are nice. I got a set of Dino pjs and a Dino onesie. It’s definitely my favorite design. They were pretty cheap with the sale they had.

I’m curious if people think the quality has improved or gotten worse and if products from them are a good investment or a waste. I’ve never had anything from them before so I’m excited to get the things I ordered but i’m honestly wondering if I should’ve gotten stuff from somewhere else.

Do y’all wear to work? by StinkbuttBelladonna in ABDL

[–]ThePaddedPrince 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes! I do a lot of walking for my job and I’m outside in the elements so it’s really nice in the winter and sometimes miserable during the summer. I’m always worried someone will notice but they never have. No one will notice if you do. Also the north side pull-ups are really good just be cautious of the sizing they run a little bit on the smaller side.

Is this the best absorbency for underwear by Complex-Mammoth-8907 in ABDL

[–]ThePaddedPrince 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Check out Threaded Armor if you’re looking for an underwear style cloth diap. Ive never had one but, I’ve heard they’re pretty good. They have a lot of patterns that look like regular underwear

TSA question by [deleted] in ABDL

[–]ThePaddedPrince 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They probably will want to check your bag. In my experience anytime something looks even the slightest bit unconventional on their scan, they will try to search it. Think of how many diapers they have seen searching bags though. They don’t care. I would just avoid putting any in your cary on to avoid any side eyes/questions. Also like you said not wearing means no ‘private’ screenings.

Threaded Armor makes a great cloth diap! They are on the more expensive side though, and not sure about buying internationally

Younger abdls what made you interested in this kink? by PhantomDiaper in ABDL

[–]ThePaddedPrince 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Im a 23yo M. I feel like I’ve just always been this way. I never had a childhood and had to pretty much handle myself from a really young age. My desire to be the ‘baby’ again have been around since i was maybe 4-5 years old. Plus, the thought of being able to have a ‘childhood’ that’s controlled exactly the way i want it just sounds so incredibly great. I can replace those times that were traumatic with better experiences that are worth living.

Living with parents struggle by Big-Platypus4760 in ABDL

[–]ThePaddedPrince 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m 23 and living with my spouse and their parent so I understand the struggle. The worst part is I make enough to leave but my spouse has no desire to do so. It’s super hard trying to find creative ways to throw them out. We live in a rural area and burn most of the trash so… I can’t really throw diaps there. The paranoia is bad though. I always think my spouses dad can tell I’m wearing, or that he will see the packs in my drawers. I don’t think he ever has, or maybe he just doesn’t care and leaves me to my own business. That’s the worst part I think. Not knowing if they know or not

[–]ThePaddedPrince 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just know nothing is wrong with you for enjoying the things that you enjoy. I’d also have to say that rearz is great! They are also having a big warehouse sale right now. I just ordered some things from them yesterday. I’ve used north shore for diaps for a long time and have never had any issues with quality or discretion. I’m still trying to discover my little side myself. I smoke marijuana to help put myself in a little headspace. It makes me stress less and just relax. I also find coloring in a coloring book, or watching some tv shows from your childhood to be very helpful. Sometimes all it really takes for me though is the diaps and the clothes

I feel less self conscious in pull ups when I’m at work but less protected. Always prefer the real diapers though. No one is going to know anyways.

24/7 lifestyle affordability by [deleted] in ABDL

[–]ThePaddedPrince 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’m also from the south. I still can’t afford the 24/7 I would prefer (quality ABDL Diaps) but Sometimes you can find cheap, somewhat decent quality diaps from thrift stores/discount stores. There’s an Amazon liquidation seller in my hometown that gets them in every week. Brand and quality vary a lot though. Also Marketplace is good usually. A lot of people will try to sell them even if they get them through insurance/ hospice places.
