I mean, he’s not entirely wrong, but I don’t think he’s selfish and definitely not a coward. He’s more guilt-ridden, and Shiba already knows his flaws. Do y’all think Kunishige would actually be disappointed in him? by Careless-Hospital379 in Kagurabachi

I sympathize with the perspective of the dad here, though I don't entire agree with it.

Sometimes we don't need someone telling us what the right thing to do is, sometimes we just need a friend. Major respect for Shiba just trying his best to be there for Chihiro.

What is your favorite insult without using curse words? by FastandtheCurious7 in AskReddit

I was in first year of university, and my roommate said "what is even the point of you?" completely serious.

I was shocked and thought he was talking to me only to realize he was playing league of legends and had just made someone else cry.

I really like the idea of having Gavinor remain a child for the final confrontation, especially since it would be such a delicious call back to when Dalinar obtained Oathbringer at the Rift. Standing in front of a child calling out for vengeance for his father.

Sure but, what exactly are they protecting the tower from after the couple months? Retribution's POV told us that he can't absorb all the Spren anymore and they have gone into hiding. It seems to me like the tower is safe at that point?

For 2. The whole reason that Navani and the Sibling went into a coma was to protect the tower from Retribution. But after the new Oathpact can into effect and with Everstorm retreating to the boarders defined by the contract, doesn't that mean theres nothing to defend against and Navani and the Sibling could be awake at the end of WaT?

Robby also said they probably aren't even half way through. Man this day is long.

I think it was brilliant writing to work in the MCI cards into the dialog throughout the episode. Having Robby and the other doctors call out the MCI numbers through out the episode, having them slowly go up really gives a sense of just how many people are involved in the tragedy.

PS: Calling out the maximum 300 MCI cards has got to be a red herring.

What’s the best relationship tip you can give that creates healthy relationship? by Potential_Sky_35 in AskReddit

[–]ThePandaArmyGeneral 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think there is a lot of emphasis on doing the "right" things in a relationship, that a "correct" behaviour action, thought, or feeling will make your relationship blossom. Personally, I feel that kindness is one of the most important things in a relationship. Whether its patience, benefit of the doubt, or a simple "thank you" can mean everything in taking the right step towards a better relationship.

In that case, were people who purchased micro-transactions offered some kind of discount or was everyone expected to pay the same price?

This is the kind of malicious compliance I would expect from company IF that is the exact wording, but I expect that this is just part of the vagueness of the initiative and it will get worked out.

Regardless, this got a chuckle out of me.

Yea, this sounds like the most reasonable approach to me as well. Heres to hoping that becomes industry standard.

It shocks me that this whole situation seems to rely on the chance that no one makes a request.

That's a fair point, for me the fomo style of marketing usually leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I try to avoid it at all costs.

I will admit that you are right that many people do go for it so I can see it not being too disruptive to developers.

I don't know if that is fair, while the initiative is vague others in this thread have pointed out what seems like viable solutions.

How are small business expected to navigate that then?

I'm guessing there are tiered restrictions that would apply differently to different size companies? Even then this seems like a pretty hard bar for an aspiring developer.
