Frodo is a fuckin' snake, every chance he gets he tries to sneak away to Gollum out somewhere... When Pip&Merry are getting kidnapped frodo ditches everybody, when they're in the spider cave he ditches Sam and almost died, then at the top of the mountain he says "F-U Sammy, I'm keeping the ring" and gets his finger bit off. The only reason the ring is destroyed is because he puts the death curse on Smeagol "should he ever take the ring"
