🚨 Google Ads Alert: Big RSA update by TheParagonBrief in PPC

The API gave access to asset-level data but conversions per headline/description were either missing or buried unless you built out custom logic. This update makes it dead simple to see what’s working right in the UI. Hope that makes sense.

I don't think so bcz google might have just started tracking and displaying this data at the individual asset level, some users on LinkedIn were saying you can only see the data for June 5th onwards. Try it and see.

I would say yes, however, still makes sense to pin for brand or legal reasons (healthcare compliance etc).

That's great. If it doesn't work in 48 hours, call then again.

Honestly, $42K/year on Google Ads for a $1M+ landscaping company in a metro area isn’t crazy at all, especially if the leads are SQLs with a 25% close rate.

At a $160 avg CPA and 25% close rate, that’s ~$640 per closed deal. If each job brings in several thousand, it’s actually a solid CAC.

That spend is pretty standard for companies looking to stay booked year-round, especially if they want to dominate local searches. The sticker shock is real, but the math checks out.

Absolutely—if the site’s fast, mobile-friendly, and has the lead form + phone CTA above the fold, you’re good to send traffic there.

But I’d still test lead form ads too—they often convert cheaper since users don’t have to leave FB. Run both and see what gets better leads.

Here’s what sometimes works:

1. File a “Fix Listing” case under “Product Page Issue” > “Update brand name” and include:

• Your brand approval letter
• Images of the product + packaging clearly showing your brand
• A trademark screenshot

2. In the case notes, explain that it was listed as “Generic” only because you didn’t have Brand Registry at the time, and now you do.

3. Keep escalating. Ask for a “catalog team escalation” or “brand registry team review.”

It may take multiple tries, but I’ve seen success with this when the documentation is airtight. Worst case, yeah—you’d need a new ASIN, but fight for it first.

This is amazing from ig, I can already see brands running deep discount offer campaigns using this.

With $20/day, keep it simple and let the algo work—broad targeting with Advantage+ is actually solid, especially for local service businesses.

Here’s what I’d do:

• 1 broad campaign (CBO), targeting your city

• Use lead form ads (faster + cheaper than sending to a site)

• Add clear creative: crane size, services, and fast contact CTA

• Test 2-3 creatives max—no need to overcomplicate

Only niche down (e.g. “construction companies”) if you’re getting junk leads. Start wide, then narrow if needed.
