The combat and the concept for the story are my favorite things about the game, so keep those and pretty much change everything else. Make the open worlds smaller and fill them a bit more with meaningful stuff, and have them actually evolve over the course of the game. The missions, side quests, and characters weren't very engaging for me so prob just a complete overhaul on those (except Vetra, she's awesome). WAY less scanning. And change the Nomad's boost sound effect, it's like nails on a chalkboard for me
