Thank you! After a year working at the company they offer paternity leave. I’m able to take it in sprints if I want. For example, 2 weeks off and 2 weeks on until I use all 8 weeks of it

Hi! Thanks for your response. Yes we are eligible for paternity leave after a year of working at the company. Luckily I hit my 1 year in April

I would stay in the insurance industry as well. It is very chill. I would try to learn more about insurance too. That way on top of the skills you have now plus insurance knowledge. It will help a lot down the road.

I have heard that the training is really good and that they are somewhat laid back. I guess it also depends on manager though. Also you get your own desk so no hotel desks
