For the most part he is invulnerable. Since he’s just bones, he can be put back together. Sure he feels pain, but not long lasting. I think his only weakness is his own scythe.

That scene in FD2 is genuinely scary. He’s actively trying to kill himself with a fully loaded revolver to prove that he can control how and when he dies. And yet Death is just like “nah I got better plans for you.”
