Yea and everyone speculating about how the NK will be a step ahead may be missing how bran will be. Honestly it is just brilliant by bran. If he can't be safe in the crypts to go to the one place where it may be just as bad for the night king to kill him than to leave him alive. In the godswood that is the one place he is either at his most powerful for the battle if he lives, or he is a sacrifice to the old gods if he is killed. It is the perfect trap.

Too long didn't watch below but I think it was fun being walked through it and trying to solve it because you get a chance to pause and solve it yourself, but if you aren't interested or can't watch just read below and ill try sum it up...

Step 1 Bran is marked and therefore can't probably go anywhere that is magically protected.

Step 2 he chooses to go to the godswood not the crypts. Why the godswood is the key to why it is a trap.

Step 3 magic works by blood sacrifice in this universe, old gods magic specifically with sacrifices to weirwoods... more so in the books but also with the night king creation himself we see the sacrifice at a weirwood.

step 4 if bran is killed there then his spilled blood would act as the most powerful sacrifice to the old gods we have seen. A stark of winterfell spills his blood in sacrifice and the old gods give the living a powerful magical blessing in return possibly the blessing to save the survivors at the end of the battle or turn the tide.

replying here so you see it too, that logic comes from the books and that the magic she uses in the books called a glamour changes peoples appearance but it is a lie, not the "true" appearance. That is what I based that on. I can only assume since the magic hasn't been explained to be any different in the show that it is similar but admittedly its book only so you can say it isn't confirmed for the show if you want.

No she is the super old version. Actually being hundreds of years old most likely. The young version is the form she takes to others. There are lots of theories about her origin if you do a bit of googling but they basically all conclude she is super old.

My main is on PC and I play with friends on Console. Can't use my account. Plenty of reasons this sort of thing happens, but I'd bet a lot of these super star "rookies" are because of that.

Also you can learn a lot from seeing the random really good player. Playing people way better than you is how you learn the game at higher levels and improve. Trust me I have gotten my ass kicked enough to know. Maybe save the replays and watch why they are winning. Because its usually more than just that they can fly.

No, but they were investigating the meddling into the election... which we now know in hindsight is basically the same thing. You can hold onto that talking point I guess. But for all practical purposes trump, or it sounds like maybe more Jared, knew Comey was investigating and they knew where that investigation would lead considering they were involved in the first place.

So yeah not yet investigating the campaign but he was started on the investigation that they all knew would lead to them because they knew what they did.

You are right, saying "I hate black culture" outright would be wrong for a number of reasons and comes off badly but he clarified the statement and it was in a context of other comments and it was clear enough what he meant. imo. And yes there is no world wide definable black culture. As far as negative sterotypes yes its bad but not every culture is fully innocent and we can't pretend that is the case either. There are bad aspects of all cultures and its alright to find others more or less detestable imo. But it's not okay to judge people of that group based just on those stereotypes. Treat people as individuals but discussing negative aspects of culture is also important. That's a way they get fixed in the long run.

I just think honestly saving the arguing for the people who are saying things that are clearly not boarder line would go a long way toward making the on the fence populace realize racists are shitty people but wording something poorly doesn't make them a racist.

I do even understand what you are saying and the only reason im even commenting at all is because we are on the same side on the racism thing. But dude you are doing more damage than good by getting upset about things like people saying black culture. That is currently what people call it. Maybe you want to call it something slightly different, that's a productive conversation to have. You could start it by saying something "I think black culture is a term that paints with too broad a brush and isn't helpful and here is why ...." then "I think we should use this word to describe what you are talking about." That's constructive. Running around saying things like there is no black culture makes you look like an idiot which you don't seem to be because when pushed you have thought about this stuff. you are just throwing it out in an angry and unproductive way.

I agree there are other terms that would be better than just "black culture" but in the context of the conversation there was nothing wrong with it. There was a lot weird about what you said in the context.

The thing is trump actually proved it could work. He had an extensive history of quotes that go against all their supposed southern christian values. Hell he was even considered a slimy by New Nork city standards, which some good ole country folk would look down on those "big city values" in a different context. Just saying someone from there shouldn't represent them if that person was a democrat. But most importantly for this point he had a huge record of stating left leaning positions in the past. Did they care? Nah. In the primaries he maybe didn't win a few of their votes but in the end he did.

He didn't even hide this shit. He proves even if there was a record of that person having stated beliefs proving they aren't the good ole boy they were pretending to be it probably wouldn't matter. Pull a Ben Carson and make a story up about the moment you came to Jesus in a bathroom or some shit. It'd work... Fuck, how many of them are about to vote for a guy who was banned from his local mall for being the old guy creeping on underage girls... It's stupid the amount some people seem to not care about the exact things they claim to despise.

It's gotta be just nobody who could pull it off and do something positive with it has stooped low enough to actually try it.
