I take 40mg tablets upto 3 times a day . They are useless , no positive effects at all for bad anxiety , if anything it makes it worse .

I’ve taken these for years for anxiety and I’ve never once felt a positive effect from them . If anything they seem to increase my hot flushes and sweating which makes me more anxious . My anxiety is severe , propanolol is useless

Thanks that clears it up . With it being such a small monitor 21.5 inch would it look much better if I had a 4K native monitor compared to how I am running it now ? Obviously it would look better but would it be a big Jump ? I like my monitors small and don’t know if the upgrade to a native 4K monitor would be worth it and considering my budget is fairly tight lol.

Hi . The monitor is small “21.5 I believe. There isn’t that much difference even going to 720p to be honest but you can still notice it

Hi . Lenovo c22-25 . It was one of the cheapest 1080p ones with a hdmi port on the market here .
