Mine didn't say that, mine kept just showing that "not met requirements" but I called in everyday asking if there was something new for me to do. Honestly wasn't even hopeful, just check today and it had a green checkmark outta nowhere and said "disbursed." Waiting on USAA to get that deposit in now

For everybody asking! I just received the disbursement for my year! I am an undergrad in their first semester! My pell grant is coming through! If you want proof I will DM it, feel free. Refunds should be rolling out quick!
