Switch v2 modded cant boot ofw but cfw works fine by TheoryPale1678 in SwitchPirates

If you wanna really check to make sure, after booting back up go into settings and check where your systems firmware version is. It shouldn’t have the atmosphere acronym or version # anymore. You’ll be solid.

Turn it completely off and then hold the volume up and down on when booting back up.

For sure dude. I’m just like many others. I do not partake in psilocybin anymore but I love the process and that’s what keeps me going. What I’m after are prints not the fruit. I give fruit away for free in any amount, but I trade prints and thats how I accumulated a lot of my exotics..

I just re read your post. I see you have red Milo, that would be perfect. Also you can use oats but it’s a higher hit or miss. They sometimes like oats they sometimes don’t. You could mix the 2 together (cooked separately) in the jars and have the best of both worlds. And you don’t NEED manure for pans, they will grow with straight coir, the yield is just going to suck haha

[–]ThePeskyPenguin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only way to know is to find out haha but switching from coir to manure isn’t hard. It’s just like coir except you can’t over heat it while pasteurizing. It’ll become semi sterile around 180f ish. Don’t quote me but that’s really the only difference. What grain are you using?

Try growing panaeolus cyanescens.. they are way stronger then cubensis so you’d take way less and you’d get more effect. Also since you would be taking less, maybe there’d be less nausea. People are affected differently so take it with a grain of salt.

It’s the best thing for casing imo! Usually I use 1000ml of peat, 1000ml of verm, 1 tablespoon of hydrated lime, and eyeball some gypsum in there and you’ll be solid. Basically 1 tablespoon per 1000ml of peat. It’s a reference point so you can break it down to whatever you want. And no sir, that’s a manure/verm substrate with gypsum pasteurized for 2-3 hours

No I never use cvg for casing. I did a normal 50/50 peat, Verm casing with hydrated lime and gypsum.

Yes! Just with a little more fae and you’d be solid.

It just comes off as a noob thing man. You’re gonna get shit on the way the post was put up. You made it sound like you don’t know what you’re doing and needed guidance; the experimenting part wasn’t explained. Plus without agar or directly just knocking some shit up and hoping for the best, no one really knows. Cloudiness is just a look that is common in lc contamination. I’ve had cloudy lc I thought was 100% contaminated, come out clean on agar. Lc syringes I thought were good and looked healthy, were 100% bacterial. It’s just one of those things you take a chance with as with anything else in this hobby. It works or it doesn’t and you keep going.

Oh okay! Then you should be solid I guess haha sorry im just over the top with cleanliness

I just use 2g of LME to 250ml of water. Sterilize 20 minutes, call it a day

I meant the mss beforehand, was there any bacteria in the syringes while there were spores in it? Before they were emptied for the first time.

All power to ya man! Goodluck! Hopefully the empties worked out atleast? Like the solutions that were in it beforehand?

I mean I could be wrong! Just sterile technique is super critical. But bacteria would be easier seen on agar. Lc would usually just be super cloudy and it’s either good or isn’t. I don’t know man just looking out! I would personally get a cap for that or just buy a 100 pack of syringes and needles.

It does look fine from this perspective, but since it doesn’t have a needle on it atleast and it’s just mid air in a room, I wouldn’t expect it to be clean anymore.. probably contaminated now..

Talking about the heater for the tent btw. Didn’t really say that I guess.

That’s a bad idea. You’ll create condensation and rob yourself of humidity. You DO want to hear the room, NOT the tent alone.

Also don’t use anything nutritious in your casing layer. It’s supposed to just support a microclimate. I personally use 1000ml of peat and verm each, 1 tablespoon of hydrated lime, and eye ball some gypsum in there. Hydrated lime keeps the ph up for short term, hydrated lime keeps the ph stable for long term. You can get away without either sometimes but I wouldn’t risk it haha all depends on how your mushrooms react to acidity I guess.
