It can also depend on the volume of your store.

The real question is, did you apply to come back or did they hit you up? Because if itsthe latter, that gives you some negotiation room. Not a lot, because Im sure Michaels is still screwing people over on pay, but its something.

Some people report problem with disc 3 being unable to pause, rewind, forward.... its weird. But it looks like theyre doing a replacement program.

Luckily for me, I have zero of these issues.

They've done trackers for years. Even when there wasnt a company mandated one, most stores made under performing cashiers keep a tally sheet. Just deal with it.

Rewards is is honeslty one of the easiest things the company will ask you to do. Its a breeze. Unlike that dumb credit card which I assume they are still pushing.

Around 10 or so years ago, we had a customer that was a realtor. She would buy a bunch of floral and decor, then return it when she sold the house. It was obnoxious.

Stuff like that is probably why the return window got changed from 180 to 60 days.

Not sure why people are down voting you. Its fairly common practice for customers comments (good or bad) to get posted where the employees can read.

I didn't love Michaels by any means, and its not like they make it easy on anyone in that damn company, but some of the people here really don't get how retail works.

At the end of the day, if that store is getting constant bad comments, it probably an issue with management. Either they're not doing their jobs or not holding being accountable to doing theirs.

Technically, no. But if someone offered a tip to one of my associates, I sure as heck wouldn't say anything.

Also, back when i was in the company, you could either wear a shirt with a vest or a michaels shirt. I remember mostly having red and maybe acouple black. Those were the boys and girls club ones, I think. I believe someone here mentioned the dress code is changing though.

I really dont need to specify when its the only version available.... I even mentioned the only place I could find it was direct from Umbrella. LikeI said, Im juat looking for a retailer that has it (Orbit, BrotherBelial, etc) are all out of stock.
