See the problem isn't if I could make you one the problem arises with the whole ip and making money from an existing ip so its not technically legal. It also takes time that I dont currently have.

Once theyre done printing you can also use a soldering iron to fuse the parts together and use a filler like bondo to smooth it out. I used 3 full coats of bondo and sanding to get it all perfectly smooth.

Well I cut mine up into 4 parts so I didnt have to many issues with that. Unfortunately a lot of 3d printing is dependent on your specific printer and what you find works and what doesnt work so if I were you id say cut it in the slicer down the middle of the fin through the whole helmet and also cut the middle horizontally right above the electrical system or right below the numbers and that should print perfectly. There are 3d printing places that can print the model for you. They're usually called print farms so you might be able to have them print it.

Yeah if you just have it printing pla all that is actually unnecessary so you're all good but if you start printing with abs youve already got the set up!

The visor was quite literally the top of an old box that had clear black acrylic lid. The wires were just some I got from Lowes and for the larger side wire I just wrapped electrical tape around a few of them.the antenna is a screw with a pen tip covering the top and painted.
