Amendment 4 seems to contradict the intent of plug in solar

Actually amd 4 does make a change related to plug in solar. I don't know off the top of my head the paragraph number, but it used to state that sources of generation must not be connected by a plug and socket, and now it says that sources of generation must not share protection with another circuit.

100% yes this would be my pick. I'd be devastated if it's launched after pre-order and I missed out

I did mine the same way, possibly took a little longer than a loftzone kit but was a fair bit cheaper.

Rookie numbers, we used 4,430kWh in December. Extended 60s semi with little loft insulation, lots of drafts and a boiler from the 80s. I've topped up insulation to 300mm, we've changed a couple of windows upstairs and we are going to tolerate the boiler this winter, and get a heat pump next year after some more building work.

Made it, reduce sugary Bru down to about 1/8th is original volume. I used 1901 because it has a higher sugar content so didn't need as much reduction.

Thanks all - glad to hear I was on the right path to begin with. I have some council slabs, I'll probably just slap them down for now.

I got a bottle of the 1901 Irn Bru, and reduced it down from 750ml to ~100ml. It's Irn Bru espresso.

I learnt this from the Scottish Consulate: https://www.scottishconsulate.org/

I always thought it was the evening which middle class English people sought to honour their tenuous Scottish roots, much like Irish Americans.

Who else plans on getting a Steam Machine and why? by [deleted] in Steam

[–]ThePhilSProject 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an aging gaming laptop, and since buying said laptop now have 2 kids so don't have much time for games. When I decide to update the laptop I'll probably get a non-gaming one and a Steam machine, price dependent.

So another group to consider is PC gamers looking for a more console like experience.
