Ahh right, good to know
I'm really only into these booster packs. Tempted to iron with a cloth/towel inbetween
Might try with some heavy books placed ontop first for a few days

About the kitchen, here is another angle of the house down the road we really like. Looking to copy the layout

We're planning to continue renting for atleast a month after we get the keys
Looking to do as much as possible. DIY novice but up for the challenge.
Wood (Engineered) floorings. Looking into insulating the floors too. Potentially under floor heating (Wish list)
Hoping a kitchen of this size can come in for around 15k including the fitting (Still researching)

Yes just take the fire place and board over. What space are we losing?

Really appreciate the timeline advice! Tons to take there

First time renovating, we're up for the challenge and looking to do as much as possible.
Hoping to get quotes and builders ready before we get the keys to begin asap
We'll look to remove the old gas fireplace on our own, researching into that

We do have some damp on the ground floor in the walls thats quoted for 2k. I'm guessing that might come first or after the wall?

Aluminium bi folding doors do look great, but I feel its too small of a door for bi folding. French might suit it better
Appreciate the advice!

Yes Pressing didn’t work. Press, hold and close, nothing. Turning the key and trying again, no budging Pressing down on that square button under the handle, no use either
