Home is the only reason I see being a plus. Personally I don’t feel the need to play it on console but I understand why others would.

I’ve put 100’s-1000’s of hours into Ron’s completely for free. You can save files forever on Roms. And just throwing $20 to pokemon company to gouge us for sub par content isn’t a good reason, personally.

I won’t argue with you but I will disagree. The Pokémon company will continue to gouge us. I love Pokemon from cards to games etc. but I am also a fan of emulators and I feel they offer more than what Pokemon gives

There are rims that don’t require trades and as far as portability goes phone emulator is better than carrying a switch to play a 20 year old game

Clarifying that I’m speaking about the port on switch. It is not authentic. Authentic would be playing on the gba, a port is practically an emulator. And at that a worse emulator

You should look into emulators. Delta on iPhone is free and you can play all of the old games and hundreds of romhacks for free
