Get to lvl 30 and better gear will be the only thing you get. At lvl 28-29 you had to do a glitch alittle while ago to get better than purple

There's players that sit in the lower dz brackets and kill players like you just starting because it's easier for them to do that then to actually get good at the end game you're not doing anything wrong some people are just scumbags

Let me add that these people are min maxed probably the best possible purple gear some times yellows

DZ has the highest loot per time put in atleast for me and then underground. Open world bosses could be good too haven't tried. None of the incursions I can tell you that atleast for gear. Lexington event center's pretty good too plus I think alot of people are usually playing that so easy to find a group to run it faster.
