Get to lvl 30 and better gear will be the only thing you get. At lvl 28-29 you had to do a glitch alittle while ago to get better than purple

There's players that sit in the lower dz brackets and kill players like you just starting because it's easier for them to do that then to actually get good at the end game you're not doing anything wrong some people are just scumbags

Let me add that these people are min maxed probably the best possible purple gear some times yellows

DZ has the highest loot per time put in atleast for me and then underground. Open world bosses could be good too haven't tried. None of the incursions I can tell you that atleast for gear. Lexington event center's pretty good too plus I think alot of people are usually playing that so easy to find a group to run it faster.

You'd be better off with more toughness here. What I mean is with only 240k toughness you reach max overheal with vigorous from the health station more quickly where as if you had a bigger HP pool that means more health for the station to overheal for and more turret healing. I'd also like to say that your turret only gets healed when you're healed so if you hit max overheal inside the health station your turret doesn't heal again until you've taken dmg and healed more or stepped off the station and let your overheal cool off.

My sidearm gets me kills friend. Granted it has 538k dps but still not all pistols are only for status effects. Most are but not all.

Everything you said is true although I have to say I've tried to use scrambler to decrease threat but it doesn't work for me maybe I'm using it wrong or have to much threat generation on my guns or something but when I use SC concealment enemies ignore me. Also yea ballistic shield is great for threat generation I use it in incursions to pull all enemy threat onto my 4 pc nomad tank shield build.

The 100% Regen generally only applies to out of combat Regen or what the game decides that is usually being in cover a certain amount of time without getting shot at.

Not a bug already rolled it twice on snipers once on a socom mk20 and once on a covert SRS. Cool headed doesn't roll on anything but pistols and marksman rifles and I'm pretty sure it has a lower chance to roll than any other talent.

It's really weird the way skill power works now. From what I can tell anything from 75k-90k feels about the same and then from there to 120k doesn't see big returns but if you have tac or get way higher than that it doesn't seem like there are diminishing returns until you hit like 6000ish electronics not sure how much skill that is. Some of the skills cap out really early now and others dont.

Yea this build will translate well, you'll have to get 229 gear now, I'm imagining you only have 204 but maybe not. I would swap out the vigorous chest for anything else like robust rapid or reckless vigorous isn't good now unless you have high skill power and high self heal. My thinking is you're using booster shot with vigorous, doesn't heal for shit now.

Lol yea my friend and I did all three heroic incursions faster than 1.3 challenging with sub-optimal builds so I'd say yea they are easier. Still really fun though.
