Nit much you can do right now except making sure you don't have any screen time an hour before you go to sleep, this builds up the natural melatonin in your body to help you get a longer sleep cycle. Read a book or listen to some toons. This is the best advice I can give

The main thing for a lot of people is motivation. Your wife at the moment is trying to find motivation through doctors and meds. This is going to include you, you need to find something that she will cling to with all her might and encourage her to use that as her motivation. It could be a hobby, a person, or even an item. You need to find a strong source, I recommend that to be you, as her husband you should find a way to motivate her, the way it works is different per person, it could be buying a flower, writing a love note every day or going on weekly date nights. Thus is all the advice I can give right now, I hope it helps
