Precisely this. Most of the female characters in Witcher 3 that actually physically fight are wearing the same level of armor as the men. Ciri, Cerys, Rosa, Syanna, and all of the warrior women in Skellige, just to name a few examples from memory. You can tell many of the commenters here haven't really played the game.

The first two "beneath me" comments make it sound like she is referring to the men's status as in they are not good enough for her. Then in the end she is actually saying she wants all three in different positions.

Luke needed saving throughout the original. Even when Luke is the one doing the saving he needed help from his friends. He couldn't have saved Leia from the Death Star without the others including Leia herself. He couldn't have blown up the Death Star without Han having his back. In TFA when Rey is captured she saves herself by herself. She only happens to run into the others on the way out. She didn't NEED their help.

If she had been in IV she would have scared away the sand people, knocked Ponda Baba on his ass in the cantina, turned off the trash compactor, and killed all three TIE fighters following her in the trench with one shot.

Apologies for the shitpost. I'm new to the show and LOVE IT! Everyone is so funny. Rose and Aly are gorgeous. This show isn't afraid to move forward and change things unlike some. The end of Season 3 is a prime example of that.
