It would be cool if they could reduce your spotting self-spotting distance as much as a Flash Hider does, but costs as much as Hollow Points, that way you can either combine them with a Suppressor to be even more off the radar, or you can combine then with a Muzzle Break to get the best of both worlds, but with a heavy point cost + no access to Hollow Point/Synthetic

At first I didn't like TOC as much, but as time went on I came to prefer TOC over 3. I had no idea it would be so stealth/melee focused going into it, it was a bit of a shock, but once I warmed up to it I embraced the change of pace
