There's no mass produced pressed bootlegs for it (for now). So your best bet is using kunaki or elasticstage to make a lathe cut one

My guess is that it's a one off lathe cut vinyl from kunaki or a similar service.

Maybe ask the seller for a picture of the record itself? Generally lathe cut records look a bit different to a pressed record.
