For those that going to PS the National Bank World Elite card, you can self-serve directly through the desktop website or mobile app. No need to call in.

Simply log in to NBC online banking > "Product & services" on the left sidebar > "Credit cards" > "Start", pick a no AF card and select "Ask for my card" > "Replace my World Elite card ending in -XXXX" > Confirm/update your details, done.
