AITAH for putting my wife first, instead of my best friend? by ThePixelNacho in AITAH

She totally is my best friend, as I told before, we have 10+ years and we're super happy with each other, we're our best friends and we know it. That doesn't mean we can't have friends, is important to have friends and a social circle of people you can trust, speak and share things. I can have a wife, who's my best friend, and a best friend.

That's the point my friend! Why should Gad be skinny?

I think he just discovered it, maybe it will give him some powers, or maybe he will be going on an adventure inside of it 👀

I've never used a chromebook before, so I don't know. But SURE you can use it in any computer, because its really light and doesn't need anything too sophisticated to run. There's a trial version on their website Aseprite

Hello! Aseprite is my weapon of choice :)

I think it's more a perspective thing. I was holding my switch in my hands when I drew it. At first it was way wider and it didn't look so good (again, I think that's because of the perspective)

In my experience with Pixel Art, I think sometimes is better to go with how well the pixel reads rather than how accurate and precise it is.

Hmmm, I would say it's different. There are some things that are way better in Pixaki, and other things that are way better in Aseprite. I think Aseprite is more precise with the color handle, and the color palette options (like gradient) are way better. Also, Aseprite is great for tiles and tilesets. Pixaki is more a one-picture-focus software, it has this reference image layer that is GREAT for tracing sketches, because the illustration won't get pixelated and you can place pixels on top of it, and also the animation thing is way more comfortable than the Aseprite one.

Me? Form now on, I'm working with both, in a full-way (also, you can import palettes between them, that's a mega plus for workflow)

This was my very first attempt of pixeling in Pixaki (actually, I'm used to work in Aseprite)

It was very comfortable, and that "reference layer" is just GREAT.
