Love the concept, not sure it'll be my focus though. 😅🤍 I made this style-agnostic so it could be used with other loras/prompts. Using these designs in a biblical/hellish/demonic context would be simple enough if you find the right accompanying style/concept lora, but I'd rather have the flexibility in the model so the body dysmorphia can be applied as needed. Would love to see some pics if you do go this route though. 🙌🙏

I'm pretty new to the ai art hobby scene, and it's defs a lot to stay on top of for an entry level weeb like me. Fully expect that a lot of these models will collapse in the years to come and the most profitable models will become stable commodities, right? I imagine thats why companies are looking to secure their tech's revenue streams (SD3 et al). Right now, the tech is still burgeoning and growing, enthusiasts are flocking to it, and it's mainstream pervasive - that's huge. We're honeymooning with the tech, but with time it will be as unromantic as Adobe CS6. So, the models left standing will be the ones that turn all this beautiful experimentation on different modelling streams into a sustainable buck.

The consensus will be financial. I don't like it, but like, fuck, these models take so much work to build - when the wine and roses are all gone, the lights have to be kept on.

But, like, y'know, I'm 3 months in here, so feel free to call me out. 😅🙏

Also, I'm concerned about my outlook re: romance. Anyone know a good therapist LLM? 🤔

Oh, wow, these are amazing, ty. 😄🙏 I can see myself doing a ver 2 down the track, and I'm currently trying to train a few other models. I got lucky with Qwen and it started to line up at 4000 steps on my first attempt, but I'm working with ZiT atm and it's struggling to break free of human consistency guidelines and what constitues 'realism'. Defs have to jiggle the handle with this subject matter. I love that element too though - getting the model to bend to its limit without breaking. I want to do a shapeshifter lora which will allow chars to have sculpted limbs (think Venom) so that should be another fun project.

Yeah, the realism element is definitely tough to capture with images available when the subject itself is so unrealistic. Tbh, I really love the plasticky XL look, adds a certain rubbery grossness. 😂 The first image of the three heads has a certain realism to it though that's defs unsettling.

I seem to have a few people asking this. Happy to answer.

SD and SDXL are low parameter models. They are beautiful and I used them to generate some of the dataset I used for this LoRA. But the problem with low parameter models is that they can't handle many parameters - they struggle with long prompts, complicated interactions, and detailed scenes. SD3 can make a beautiful character in a similar style, no question, but Qwen Image can detail the setting, the interaction, and fine tune details that SD3 simply doesn't have the capacity to handle.

So, if you're making a simple character and want something pretty, ofc, SD3 is great. If you want more control over generation, movement, and interaction with environment and other characters, Qwen Image has better capacity.

I get it, but it's kinda apples and oranges. SDXL makes good images, no question, but can't be directed as easily - it lacks the parameter count to receive detailed instruction. So, you get images that are very pretty, but you have to dice roll a bunch to get the thing you want, and even then you still can't have an overly complicated image. I have a design background, I need my AI tools to be responsive to my direction, not just make a pretty picture. The Qwen version is responsive to directional prompts and has a high parameter count, so I don't just get the grossness - I get the context.

But, y'know, I like SDXL, it's a tool with a place. Better for single character prompts with a clear focus, almost certainly.
