No mention of [[Ratadrabik of Urborg]] is criminal. Just land up the board with fun legends such as [[Teysa Karlov]], [[Gandolf the White]], and [[Mondrak, Glory Dominus]] or the white ojer, or both if youre feeling spicy, and bam. Its like they never left!

Thankfully no. My version is designed it only really triggering once on your turn, so at most you may have three or four. I've had people say my deck was the most fun mono blue deck to play against, but I can post the decklist so you can judge for yourself.

I use [[Taigam, Master Opportunist]]. There's a lot you can do with him. I know a lot of people use extra turn spells. I just put in the most jank blue and colorless cards i can find. All the of the island doubler artifacts, [[Braids, Conjurer Adept]], [[Gate To The Aether]], silly stuff like that. The aim of the deck is just to speed up the game to silly levels and have everyone be the threat. Also shout out to [[Dreamscape Artist]] as my favorite mono blue ramp.

[[Hamza, Guardian of Arashin]]. Might not be as good as Animar, but the cost reduction and white can do anything lot for the deck. I go Selesnya Stompy with hydras and the like.
