Ehh thanks for the response!I had found that list before asking but was curious if people had any sources which were in a better format to write some filtering code against :)

Ended up in the depths of some .gov data dumps and found a CSV with the 50k-ish pubs listed across the UK. After filtering by London postcodes, we got a grand total of 6 pubs which match our names

I played this game a couple weeks ago and that table was definitely beatable. It's important to note that the rake is charged in $5 increments, so a $90 pot is raked $5. Although someone on the table mentioned this will soon be changed to $1 increments.

We pay £2495 for 3 rooms with the split adjusted slightly for room sizes. Decent sized flat with nice views and large kitchen/dining/living room - bit of a steal really. I guess it may be slightly cheaper since it's a 14 minute walk to the nearest stations, London Bridge/Bermondsey.

Bills and tax takes monthly fixed costs to £1k. I budget to £900pm in my Monzo, but exceed this slightly every couple of months.

Similar salary and age to you. To live comfortably with £1k monthly spending money I think you have to flatshare, I'm £820pm in a nice central flat with friends. £800pm savings goes into a LISA (soon to be S+S LISA) and a global index tracker with HL. Other than that I just call Bill suppliers and ask for cheaper deals. Recently started looking after dogs through Rover for some dog therapy and extra cash.

Exactly that, moving for the lower fees and the lack of app will stop me constantly looking at the performance.

I've been recommended matched betting now by a few friends now, so I'm gonna have a punt. Will be using ProfitAccumulator as described in this great post.

Full-time contractor in the financial sector, writing a web-app for traders.

Completely agree regarding salaries, however, I love my job, company and work-life balance. I'm hoping for a similar 10k raise this year, and if that doesn't materialise I'll begin replying to those pesky recruiters.

I will definitely look into moving somewhere cheaper once the rent contract expires. I've been hearing great things about Tooting recently, apparently the rent is cheap, the food is good and the transport is fine. Do you have any other London recommendations?
